As part of our commitment to patient care, at Medical Center we have an interdisciplinary team that supports all areas in matters of quality and safety, with the aim of offering you excellent service from the moment you enter until you leave the institution.

In accordance with theStrategic Plan (to provide person-centered care), we work to address patient needs in a safe, friendly, and innovative environment .

Our quality policy adopts criteria for continuous improvement with the collaborative goal of building advances and progress in patient care across all areas of Medical Center. With this methodology, we reinforce the commitment of each of our employees to innovation and efficiency in order to improve processes that involve patients, their families, and the entire healthcare team.

To this end, we leverage our values to build effective human relationships that contribute to the development of a more humane community. In addition, we have a Patient Quality and Safety Committee to support the growth of the organization and a Bioethics Committee that acts as an advisory body.
