The services enabled for assigning appointments are:
The patient is the owner of the medical record and, as such, has unrestricted access to it in all formats.
A family member (father, mother, son/daughter, grandchild, spouse).
A third party (friend, neighbor, partner, guardian, curator, representative)
The patient must present their ID card.
The family member must present the patient's authorization when requesting a copy of their medical records and provide documentation proving their relationship to the patient.

The EPICRISIS is a summary of the medical history and must be given to the patient or family member at the time of discharge, without exception, by the treating team. In cases of outpatient procedures/surgeries, epicrisis are not made as they are minor interventions, but a copy of the medical history can be provided.
ID card, insurance card, and admission order. Please also bring any previous test results and serology from the third trimester of pregnancy, which will be requested by the medical team.
When you are admitted to the hospital, you must make a security deposit to cover any extra expenses that may arise and are not covered by your medical insurance. This deposit will be refunded in full if it is not used at the time of discharge.
There are two options: if the accompanying person decides to use the hotel service (which includes bed making, towels, personal hygiene kit, and breakfast), they must pay a fee per night of stay; otherwise, the accompanying person can choose to stay without using the services, in which case there is no additional cost.
Once the admission process is complete, you will be accompanied to a temporary room in the pre-delivery area where you will be prepared for the procedure and then taken to the operating room or delivery room. Subsequently, depending on availability at the Medical Center, you will be transferred to a room on the ward.
During their stay, the Medical Center the mother and baby with all necessary hygiene items; the baby is also provided with a change of clothes and diapers.
It should contain a change of baby clothes for discharge, a hygiene kit, and diapers. For the mother, we suggest bringing the following items: a nursing gown, slippers, bandages, breast pads, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and a toothbrush, as well as comfortable clothes for discharge.
It is the policy of Medical Center all newborns must be transported and leave the premises in a safety device (car seat/infant carrier). This device is not provided by the Medical Center and should only be used at the time of discharge, so it is not necessary to bring it with you before discharge.
For emergency medical care, you must bring your ID and health insurance card.
