Father José Manuel Fernández's Mass is celebrated on Saturdays at 7:00 p.m.

VISITS:
It is important for us to let you know that visits are always arranged with the agreement and according to the preferences of the patient and their family. You can visit any day of the week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
In the case of minors, they may visit the patient accompanied by a responsible adult.
GENERAL HOSPITALIZATION MEDICAL REPORTS:
Medical reports are preferably provided in the morning from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
It is important to note that, if necessary, you can discuss any exceptions with the doctor in charge.
MATERNITY MEDICAL REPORTS:
Medical reports for newborns will be issued daily by the physician in charge of the examination.
The mother's medical reports will be handled by the primary obstetric medical team. If the situation warrants it, the Medical Center's obstetric team will be available.
COMPANIONS:
The patient may be accompanied by one person, in accordance with the service regulations, once visiting hours have ended. Companions must present a card that identifies them. This card is issued upon admission and allows them to circulate outside of established visiting hours.
VISITS:
It is important for us to let you know that visits are always arranged with the agreement and according to the preferences of the patient and their family. As this is a critical care area, visiting hours are more limited than those available at the Medical Center General Hospitalization. Visiting hours are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and we ask that only one person visit at a time.
For the convenience of visitors, we ask that you remain in the various waiting rooms until visiting hours begin.
Children are not allowed to enter, but there are undoubtedly exceptions. We ask that you speak with the doctor, who will evaluate and consider the situation.
It is important for you to know that between 8 and 11 a.m., all hospitalized patients are evaluated by professionals in the sector.

As this is an emergency department, we ask that visitors come during medical report times (Monday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.) and that only one person at a time remain in the room.
MEDICAL REPORTS:
Medical reports are provided Monday through Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
As this is an emergency care area, changes may arise that require contacting the family outside of the pre-established hours.
COMPANIONS:
As this is an emergency area, we kindly ask that only one person remain in the room at a time. Accompanying persons must present a card that identifies them. This card is issued upon admission and allows them to circulate outside of the established hours.
VISITS
Our Neonatology service is open, and mothers/fathers may remain in the area throughout the day if they wish to accompany their babies.
The only exception is the cleaning and shift change schedule, which is from 7 to 8 a.m., 2 to 3 p.m., and 9 to 10 p.m.
We also have scheduled visits from siblings or grandparents, which take place once a week at a time agreed upon with the family and are subject to the epidemiological situation at the time.
MEDICAL REPORTS:
Medical reports are provided in the presence of parents every day and according to their needs.

Anyone wishing to stay with the patient outside visiting hours and with the prior authorization of the attending physician must request a companion card:
• Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., at the Inpatient Admissions Desk (1st floor)
• Monday to Friday, from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., at the Emergency Room Reception Desk (ground floor)
• Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays at the Reception Desk (mezzanine)
Guests staying overnight may or may not use the Hotel Service, which includes bed making, a set of towels, a personal hygiene kit, and breakfast. This has an additional cost, which you can check with our Hotel Supervisors. If you do not wish to use this service, please also notify us by calling extension 5115.
Please note that the accompanying person must be of legal age.
Daily reports will be given in person. We ask that you attend alone to receive them. We also remind you that children are not allowed Medical Center the Medical Center .
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
In the difficult event that your family member is in the final stages of life, you can discuss this with the doctors in the unit, as we have a protocol in place to allow for accompaniment.
