Para realizar este estudio debe proveerse de un recipiente de plástico estéril:
1. Observe urinary retention throughout the night if possible; if not, try to maintain retention for at least 3 hours.
2. Upon waking up, collect the first urine of the morning in the plastic container. It is advisable not to collect urine during menstruation. If it is necessary to do so during this period, it is recommended to use a tampon and wash the area thoroughly with water before collecting the sample.
3. Tape el envase, asegurándose de haber cerrado bien la tapa. Adhiera un rótulo con su nombre y apellido completos y lleve la orina al Laboratorio.
