We have a multidisciplinary team dedicated to diagnosing, performing pre-surgical studies, and performing surgery within 7 to 10 days of the consultation.
Laparoscopic hernia surgery
The process is as follows:
- Consult with the general surgeon to confirm or make the diagnosis (may require some simple additional tests). A date for surgery is scheduled.
- Between the consultation and before the surgery, pre-surgical tests (laboratory and cardiological evaluation) are performed without an appointment on the same morning.
- Admission: 1 hour before surgery. Your surgeon will provide you with guidelines regarding fasting and medication.
- The day after surgery, the patient is discharged (if the postoperative period is normal).
- Follow-up appointment with the surgeon the following week.
ADVANTAGES

You can resume your normal physical activity seven days after surgery, following a check-up with your surgeon.
