HOTEL SERVICES
Extension 5115.
The Sanatorium offers free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Please ask at reception for the password. If it does not work, please notify the hotel department (extension 5115).
In the event of any issues with the functioning of services in your room, these should be reported to hotel management so that they can be resolved as quickly as possible.
Internal 5115.
The Sanatorium has a restaurant on the 6th floor that is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. The snack bar on the 1st floor is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
To request room service, please call extension 5642. Important: Food, beverages, or flowers are not permitted on the premises.
The Sanatorium's white goods (bedding, towels, crib and baby clothes) are equipped with a security chip that allows them to be located and detected with audible and visual alarms. If they are removed improperly, security personnel will identify the person carrying the item and ask them to return it.
Telephone service is metered. Calls will be billed according to the rates established by the Sanatorium. For any questions, please contact billing at extensions 5677 / 5676 / 5675.

The Sanatorium provides free safety deposit boxes in all rooms. Each patient, companion, or visitor is responsible for the care of their own belongings. The Sanatorium is not responsible for any belongings or property lost during your stay.
We respect each patient's cultural preferences, spiritual beliefs, and personal values; their practices must be consistent with medical treatment. If you would like to receive religious services in your room, please request this by calling extensions 6023/6024.
The Sanatorium is subject to National Law 26.687, which prohibits smoking in any area (enclosed or open) of the premises. The same applies to Article 3 of Law 1.799 of the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, and we therefore request strict compliance with both laws.
